Marketing Engineer

Job Description :

Identify, approach, and develop relationships with prospective clients in key industries.
Analyze market trends and client requirements to formulate targeted marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with regional teams to align local initiatives with global sales objectives, and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Provide mentorship or guidance to junior team members when needed.

Requirements:

Degree: at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
Years of Experience: at least 5 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development, in HVAC/fan/ventilator or industrial equipment sectors.
Experience: Working in principal companies or the manufacturers, and not consulting or contractor companies.
Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).
Product Expertise: Experienced selling European or US brands or products.
Technical Expertise: Extensive network with M&E Consultants: Proven connections and influence among Mechanical & Electrical Consultants in the building services industry.
Professional Quality: Ability to understand complex technical systems and convey them clearly to clients.
Personal Quality: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia.
