EXIM Coordinator

Job Description :

Documentation Management: Handle the complete end-to-end process for export and import documents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Customs Compliance: Verify all paperwork for accuracy and ensure full alignment with Indonesian customs regulations (PEB/PIB) to avoid delays.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, customers, and third-party agencies to synchronize shipping schedules.
Issue Resolution: Monitor shipment status daily and independently resolve any documentation errors or logistical bottlenecks.
Data Tracking: Maintain organized records and use digital tools to provide clear reports on shipment progress and compliance history.

Requirements :

Education & Certification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- PPJK Certification is an advantage.
Experience: 2-3 years of direct experience in handling export and import documentation within the relevant industries, especially Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Indonesian customs procedures, documentation flows, and international shipping terms.
Tools: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and data processing) and comfortable using digital dashboard or logistics systems.
Professional Competencies: Ability to work independently with high ownership and the capacity to take on higher leadership responsibilities in the future.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, structured, and resilient when working under tight deadlines.
Language Skills: Basic English skills for communication with internal teams, customers, and third-party agencies.
Commitment: Willing to work full-time in the Surabaya Office.
