Job Description

Job Desc :

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing roles in a high-speed environment.
  • Organizational Development: Update organizational structures, design JDs, and set KPIs to drive better performance across all departments.
  • Industrial Relations: Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and manage harmonious employee relations.
  • Learning & Development: Oversee TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and design/conduct internal training programs to help employees "Make Better" their skillsets.
  • General Affairs: Manage site facilities, security, company assets (vehicles/buildings), and labor-related permits.

Requirement : 
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related majors.
  • Experience: 
    • 7–10 years in HR/GA, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
    • Proven experience in Technology or Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Mastery of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and Industrial Relations.
    • Proficient in HRIS, Payroll management, and SOP creation.
    • Experience in TNA and training material design.
  • Language: Professional English, Spoken and Written, for daily communication with stakeholders and reporting.
  • Professional & Personal Competencies: High-initiative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a culture-builder personality.
